Fiddlehead Festival

Description

The first Fiddlehead Festival was held in February 2012 and has become an annual summer event at the Yinnar Recreation Reserve.

A day of celebration with music-making and singing for everyone:
- Concert
- Musical Workshops
- Jamming
- Musical Picnic
- Massed Singing
- Street Band Parade
- Food & Craft Market
- Children's Entertainment

The Fiddlehead Festival showcases musicians from Gippsland and across Victoria.

The mission of the Fiddlehead Festival is to bring people from Gippsland and all over Victoria together to celebrate the stength and resiliance of community by playing music, singing, networking, sharing and having a really good time!

An uncoiling, new fern frond, or fiddlehead, symbolises the return of life after a bushfire. Come along and hear, see and experience the power of music in strengthening and building resilience in Victorian communities at the Fiddlehead Festival.
