Wanting to maintain or improve your health?

We have a qualified exercise therapist who puts us through a gentle program each week. Gentle, but extremely beneficial over the course of time.

This gregarious group usually meet at:

Boolarra Memorial Hall
9:30am on Mondays

&

Yinnar Memorial Hall
10:30am on Fridays

Our nationally registered and accredited instructor has more than 20 years experience and specialises in postural correction and pain management.

So if you are keen to be more active and you are interested in maintaining or improving your fitness in a friendly and supportive environment please come along.

The participants in these classes are very enthusiastic and friendly...they will make you feel very welcome.

Cost per class is reasonable.
