The Switch Room is an intimate club-style live music and theatre venue.

The Switch Room is available for hire!

Venue capacity:
65 seated cabaret style / 80 seated theatre style

Stage area: 
3m deep X 4.2m wide (extension possible to 3m deep X 6m wide)

Sound system:
Mono PA with 6 FOH channels, 1 monitor channel, 5 vocal mic & leads, 1 condenser mic, 3 DI box.

Technical requirements:
The PA and lighting desks are controlled from raised bio box by an arcYinnar member unless a suitably qualified technician is supplied by hirer.

Hire costs: (as at June 2023, a guide only)
Functions: $358 (discount for ARC members)
Kitchen: $33
Tech Assistance & Equipment: $160
ARC Staffed Bar:  $160

Meetings & Rehearsals:
$44 for 4hours during normal business hours.
$55 for 4hours outside of normal business hours.
